I'm going to start a few classes at the gym. They're free because paying for things is bollocks. Just sign up and let me know which classes you want to take. Oh and if people are interesting in any personal training, I'd be up for that too.

A good class if you want to lose some weight and tone your muscles. High energy, loud music and no rest. Trust me, it will hurt when you're done.

For the women who don't want a strenuous work out, but still want to stay neat and trim. Concentration on the legs and abs.
